How much does property maintenance cost in Tulum?

Subscribers can reach us 24/7. Write at any hour and a real person reads it. We start coordinating immediately and get someone to the property as fast as access and the problem allow.
Are you a property manager?
No. We do not take bookings, look after guests or take a share of rental income. We maintain the property, and we work alongside your property manager if you have one.
Do I need to speak Spanish?
No. We deal with trades, suppliers, condo administration and CFE in Spanish, and everything reaches you in English: reports, photos, invoices and every reply on WhatsApp.
