Information We Collect
Property assessment form. When you submit the form on our Request a Property Assessment page, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), preferred contact method, property type, property location or area, the services you are interested in, any notes you add about the property, and your preferred timing.
Messages and calls. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive your contact details and the content of your messages.
Analytics and advertising data. Unless you decline cookies (or, in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, only if you accept them), Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, and actions such as tapping a call, WhatsApp or email button or submitting the form. See "Cookies, Analytics and Advertising" below.
Basic technical information. The platform that hosts this website may record limited technical data, such as browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site securely.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to your inquiry and prepare an assessment or quote; to arrange and carry out the services you request; to communicate with you about visits and work in progress; to keep ordinary business and accounting records; and, subject to your cookie choice, to measure how the website is used and to measure and improve our advertising on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
We do not sell personal information.
How the Assessment Form Works
Form submissions are processed and stored by our website platform, Framer, and delivered to our business email account, which is hosted by a separate email provider. Only our team uses them, to respond to your request.
We keep form submissions and related messages for as long as needed to respond and to provide the services discussed, and after that only as long as required for business, accounting or legal purposes.
Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
This website uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may record events such as page views and taps on our contact buttons.
If you visit from the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, both tools stay switched off until you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. Elsewhere, they are on by default and the banner lets you choose "Decline" at any time. If you decline, they do not set analytics or advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of every page.
Google and Meta process this information under their own privacy policies, available at policies.google.com/privacy and facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Our website platform may also use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work securely. These cannot be switched off.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only when needed: with team members or trusted service partners who carry out work you requested; with providers that support our operations, such as our website platform (Framer), our email provider, WhatsApp, and Google and Meta (the last two subject to your cookie choice); when required by law or by a valid request from an authority; and when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or to protect people or property.
Some of these providers may process information outside Mexico, including in the United States. These transfers are necessary to respond to you and to operate our business.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including to complete requested work, keep business and accounting records, and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or stop using it.
Your Rights (ARCO Rights)
Under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you have the right to Access your personal information, to Rectify it if it is inaccurate, to Cancel it when it is no longer needed, and to Oppose its use for specific purposes.
