Why it matters for a property in Tulum
When you are away, a reliable connection and working smart locks are what let the property be checked, accessed and managed remotely. When guests arrive, devices that simply work mean fewer calls and better stays.
Part of the same service
Smart-home work is handled by the same team that maintains and cleans the property, so problems with connectivity or devices can be spotted during regular visits and fixed without a separate contractor.
Pricing
Smart-home work is quoted to the property and the devices involved. Specialized smart-home equipment is quoted separately.
Where we work
We work across Tulum, the residential developments and the coast north to Akumal. See Areas We Serve.
Also available
Property Maintenance on a fixed monthly plan, and Cleaning & Laundry for turnovers and owner stays.
What can you install?
Wi-Fi and connectivity, smart locks and access, smart lighting and plugs, smart TVs, voice control, app-based control and basic home automations.
Can you fix a system someone else installed?
Yes. Pairing and troubleshooting existing devices is a large part of the work. Often nothing is faulty; it was simply never set up properly.
Will you show my staff and guests how it works?
Yes. We explain it in plain language, in English or Spanish, to whoever uses the house: you, your staff or your property manager.
Do you supply the equipment?
Specialised smart-home equipment is quoted separately. We can work with devices you already own or recommend what to buy.
What if something stops working later?
You call the company that fitted it, not a support line in another country.
